Laura Austin, more than anyone in recent years, has been a major force in the success of the Genesee Free-Net.  She has devoted her time, special talents and skills, without reservation, in a completely volunteer manner.   This virtual placque / award is dedicated in her honor.

Recipients of this award have shown an unusually high committment and record of service to the Genesee Free-Net and Community Networking that is well above and beyond what is expected of a volunteer.
