OBJECTIVE
With my knowledge of Unix,

Software Support Specialist
Provide support to
student, faculty and staff on various types of systems, Unix,
Novell network and the AS400. I am also providing technical
support for our on-line class software, Blackboard. I have been
involved with Blackboard from the very beginning starting with
Version 3.0. I have to learn the instructors, students and
administrative aspects of Blackboard. I have been involved in
producing the upload of all the students into Blackboard system,
including writing CGI scripting. I was also responsible for
providing support to the instructors on producing their absentee
reports and grade reports. We are now using Blackboard 5.0. I have
many other duties including, installing software, trouble shooting
software, training on the spot for other various software
including Microsoft products, Borland, creating Web Pages and how
to code in HTML, Java and CGI.
