Call to order at 5:30pm. Vice Chair Larry Porn presiding.

Discussions.
The Office needs to start calling members by User ID to get them transferred to the new dial in numbers. We need to make sure members are contacted about the dial in number changes.

There was no follow up of progress of work on developing the Web Content Management application.

There is need to know how the sjvkids.com email accounts are set up on the server so that Family Accounts can be developed in the same manner.

Chris Hall and Bernie Taylor need to be added to the staff email list.

Unanswered Questions.
How many members has GFN lost? What is the financial state of GFN?

Who is using the new dial in lines? There is need to develop a status report from server logs.

Agenda Items.
1. Change of Bylaws for coverage of membership.
No action taken.

2. Impending Merit pulling-of-the-plug.
The Office should make sure members are contacted about dial in number changes.

3. Matters arising.
Beverly Duval revisited her suggestion of sending mailings about Genesee Free-Net services to senior citizens centers. She reintroduced a draft message that she had composed. She had a partial listing of addresses for senior centers culled from the telephone directory.

Charles Wright moved and Scott Gifford seconded that after slight revision, Beverly Duval's message about GFN's services be mailed with Individual Account application brochures to all senior citizen centers. The motion carried.

Larry Porn will consult with Dennis Cavanaugh about developing reports for the Board on membership loss, current financial status, progress on development of Family Accounts and the set up of the sjvkids.com email accounts on the server.

System Administration will try to generate Family Accounts. Scott Gifford will work on modifying the server code that limits account access time to restrict Family Account dial in to one family account member at a time.
