Financial Report.
Treasurers Report.
Maintaining about $1000 in the GFN ELGA account. Bristolwood church has been paid all amounts due and next payment will be for April.

The lost check paid for system administration services in late 2005 was found to have been replaced in a subsequent check issued in December, 2005. The issue is resolved and the system consultant will be notified of the payment found.

GFN Status.
GFN is getting some applications for new accounts. Apparently a dial-up service provider has gone out of business.

Secretary Comments.
Chad will post the February board minutes to the GFN Website.

Office Report.
The router is now working but the DSL modem still drops the Internet connection frequently. Larry has instructed office staff on how to restart the modem and router to restore Internet access.

Systems Report.
Chad and Scott are still working to migrate system files to the DELL. Scott will concentrate on moving the Mail server and Chad is revamping the interface UDF (system files that coordinate server functions.) Scott did some updates which may generate problems for the MBEA, SJV and Kirsten Websites. Chad and Joe Bean are about ready to meet with SJV on the components for their site. There is need to workout an agreement with Kirsten Hawley. She is eager to start developing Websites for clients.

The Untangle server was restarted recently after it performed another automatic update. Mentioned was need to better utilize the Telnet PRI line modems. The twenty-three (23) Telnet modems cost GFN $19 per modem per month whereas the 123.com modems are only charged by usage.

Other Old Business.
Treasurer Denny Cavanaugh and Chair Larry Porn met at ELGA credit union to research payments made in late 2005 to system consultant Kenny Thomas. It was found that a payment was made in December, 2005 to replace a lost payment for November, 2005. Larry will send a Track and Confirm letter to Kenny that the payment had been made.

New Business.
The board was informed that the AT&T long distance contract for the office will expire in April.

It appears that ten (10) hours of system consultant work has been submitted for payment. There was difficulty determining what services had been performed. It was moved by Nicky Hodge that the system consultant be sent payment for the last hours submitted, that the consultant be thanked for past services to GFN and that a termination of services letter be included with the check for payment of the last month of services. Denny Cavanaugh supported the motion. The motion carried.

MNA (Michigan Nonprofit Association) counselor Terrance Campbell was introduced to the board by Chair Larry Porn. The services to be supplied by the counselor will be discussed following the regular board meeting.

Comments.
None.

Adjournment: 5:55pm.
