Financial Report.
Treasurers Report.
GFN Status.
Treasurer Dennis Cavanaugh sent board members a report of the status of GFN accounts with ELGA credit union as of 05/19/2010.
The checking account balance was $1,084.00 and the savings account balance was $22,473.67.

Denny has requested a copy of QuickBooks software through Scott Gifford.

Secretary Comments.
Chad will post the board minutes to the GFN Website.

Office Report.
At the May 2010 office staff meeting revisions made to the office procedures were reviewed. The DSL modem still drops out and has to be restarted. The database on the Vista machine was revised by Larry to allow update of member information.

Staff has been encouraged to monitor members using 123.net dial in numbers and switch them to Telnet Worldwide where feasible so as to minimize 123.net modem usage and maximize Telnet Worldwide modem usage.

Systems Report.
Server configuration work continues. The Mail, Web and RADIUS servers will run on the DELL machine. Mail accounts and the database are still being moved. Chad has fixed most of the UDF links (the set of functions used for control of the database and system file management.)

Comments.
Nicky Hodge commented on taking GFN brochures to her church's camp meeting and waiving the setup fee as a special promotion. Larry has been too busy to check with Karen Gatlin of channel 12 (abc12.com) about the TV12 mug spot segments. Denny has not yet contacted the radio stations on Hill road about public service announcements for GFN. Denny and Nicky will work together on the GFN Marketing Plan.
