Changing the dial-up number for a modem using Win XP

• Right-click the Start button and click on Properties
• Make sure the button next to classic start menu has a dot in it. If not click on the button next to classic start menu. Click on apply and/or OK to close the window.
• Click on Start-Settings-network connections. Right-click the name of your connection (GFN) and click on properties.

  

  Enter the new phone number for your area and click OK. The numbers listed below are all in the 810 area code and if you are in the 810 area code you should not enter any area code.
