Please supply the information requested below and return to the Free-Net office with check or money order payment for the Gift Account.

The initial cost of an Individual User Account is $85.00 for one year. After one year the account may be renewed for a cost of $60.00.

The recipient of the Gift Account will receive, by mail at the address you supply, a gift certificate and a prepaid account application form.

After the completed prepaid application form is returned to the Free-Net office by the recipient, her/his Free-Net account will be created. Setup information, including user identification and initial password, will be mailed to the recipient who then must type the setup data in the applicable system sections of her/his computer.
