Using Windows 95

Win95 has all you really need for connections to the Internet. Set up Internet Explorer following instructions in Setting up Windows95 for the Internet. Try it before downloading Netscape.

You will need a communications program such as COMIT, PROCOMM, TELIX to enter Genesee Free-Net directly or you can get to Genesee Free-Net using a telnet program. There are several telnet programs available, see www.tucows.com for more information.
