In
2006 we started a 5th fleet, the "Open
Fleet". The fleet is an open fleet with handicap racing. The
boats participating so far are MC Scows and some Day Sailor
boats. Here is another chance to participate in our
regattas.
Commodores
Ball
Here
some impressions from the 2005 Commodores Ball. This
was the first year we moved the date from November
into July, which allows
us to spend the evening outside. The change was a
great success and we will continue this for the
upcoming 2007 Commodores ball.
The
2005 Hawaiian theme
went over well. The same applied to the 2006 Mardi
Gras Ball. (Sorry no pictures yet).

A
delicious buffet provided the energy for later
dancing.
The
Tiki bar provided a beacon of light in the dark.
A
great combo got the members on the dance (grass)
floor.
