Consumer Protection Services, a program of TRIAD, is a collaborative effort between Genesee County Sheriff  Robert Pickell, the Genesee County Prosecutor, and Genesee County Commissioners; along with the Senior Directors Association, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, UAW, AFL-CIO, AARP and Legal Services of Eastern Michigan.

A new generation of UAW retirees is energizing the region’s retirees programs by bringing union skills to the service of the community. Helping the sheriff fight consumer fraud are, left to right: Willie Duncan, Harold Holland, and Ron Perkins.

Our Mission is to provide assistance through the distribution of information, guidance and redress to Genesee County consumers regarding sales and service practices.
