     Sheriff Pickell formed a Posse of Narcotics Investigators  in January 2001.  This unit teamed up with officers from Mt. Morris Twp., Flint Twp. and Genesee Twp. Police Departments.  The Posse has one mission, to arrest high-level drug dealers and take large quantities of drugs off the streets and away from the homes of Genesee County Residents.  The Posse has been very successful.

Street value of all confiscated drugs is over $5,730,600.00  dollars.
