8/6 to 8/17 – Historic Home and Building Tour Tickets
Advance tickets available at Whaley Historical House for the 2007 Historic Home and Building Tour. Tickets are $12.00 per person.
8/18 – 2007 Historic Home and Building Tour: Automotive Origins of Genesee County
During Whaley Historical House Museum's 2007 Historic Home and Building Tour: Automotive Origins of Genesee County, visitors will have the opportunity to visit five sites with significant ties to the area's automotive heritage. Stops include the Durant-Dort Office Building, Flint Masonic Temple, Nash House, Paterson-Sutherland House, and Whaley Historical House Museum.
Tickets are $15 per person the day of the event or $12 per person if purchased at Whaley Historical House between August 6 and 17. All proceeds from the fundraiser support the museum's continuing educational and preservation initiatives.
8/23 – Sweet Reads Book Club – 6 pm
Enjoy an evening discussing the literature and desserts of the Victorian era. August's Sweet Reads selection is H. Rider Haggard's King Solomon's Mines. Public welcomed; $5.00 per person.
